We all experience challenges in life and yet through insight, compassion and action we are able to grow and transform. I offer clients a safe space through my warm, caring and person-centered stance. I work from an integrative and collaborative approach that is informed by Systemic, Attachment, and Humanistic Theories.
I work best with clients looking to live a more meaningful life, clients experiencing major life transitions, or clients exploring intergenerational trauma. I hope to help clients to better understand themselves and the way they show up in relationship, while building coping and resiliency to confidently confront life’s struggles.
My experience includes working with individuals wanting to heal from a traumatic past or finding their path, and couples feeling stuck in dysfunction or wanting to heal from infidelity. Prior to working as an associate in private practice, I worked in Community Organizations which has provided me with competency to integrate cultural sensitivity that takes into consideration clients’ marginalized identities and the complexity this may add-should clients wish to incorporate this into counselling.
