Individual therapy - $110 - 50 minute session
Couples therapy - $130 - per 50 minute session

Clinical Therapist Rates - Maria and Rabieh
Individual therapy - $160 - 50 minute session
Couples or Family therapy - $175 - 50 minute session
Registered Therapist Rates - Hinnab and Joelle
Individual therapy - $175 - 50 minute session
Couples or Family therapy - $185 - 50 minute session
Associate Therapist Rates - Rana and Julie
Individual therapy - $185 - 50 minute session
Couples or Family therapy - $195 - 50 minute session
Shannon's Rates
Individual therapy - $190 - 50 minute session
Couples or Family therapy - $200 - 50 minute session
Supervision rate - please inquire with Shannon for options
Longer sessions with any therapist are available and rates are adjusted in 15 minute increments.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Are Registered Psychotherapists covered directly or only under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Veterans Affairs Canada (Blue Cross) approved providers and direct billing at this clinic include: Shannon Lawless, Rana Musa, Julie Dagenais, Joelle Willett and Rabieh Abou Rahal.
Public Safety EAP approved providers and direct billing at this clinic include: Shannon Lawless, Rana Musa, Julie Dagenais, and Rabieh Abou Rahal.
Shannon's clients only: Direct billing is available through CUPE EAP and NIHB.
Please let us know if you intend to claim services through insurance.
Payment
Payment for psychotherapy services is accepted by e-transfer.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified your therapist at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
