I am a relationship therapist who specializes in providing therapy to individuals, couples and families in the Ottawa West (Kanata) region. My office is currently located in Kanata, ON, and is conveniently placed to serve clients from Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville, Richmond, Carp, Arnprior, Smiths Falls and Renfrew and more.

My therapeutic approach is based in values of collaboration, mutual respect and compassion. As such, the services I provide are supportive, non-judgemental, as well as respectful and honouring of all forms of diversity (LGBITTTQ friendly). I endeavour to create a space in which clients feel safe to explore any variety of issue they may be facing.
